Free Returns

Unlike other brands, we do not charge for client returns. If you find the product faulty or damaged, kindly submit a Return Order Request within 48 hours by sending us a message on WhatsApp: +91-9875200937 or sending an email to help@goristore.com.

If you raise a request within 48 hours after delivery and the reason is genuine, authentic, and valid, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 Working Days.

If you Raise a return request after 48 hours & within 120 hours, we will accept returns, but the return will be given in the form of store credit.

If you received the products in damaged or poor condition, you will get full refund. Just raise the return request within 48 hours from delivery.

If you don’t like the product, within 120 hours, raise a return request and we will give you store credit for the same.

If you have an size or color issue, you can raise an exchange request within 120 hours of delivery.

What is eligible for a return?

You may return any product purchased from GORI.com that is unused and in new condition. Made to measure products are not eligible for returns.

Who pays the Shipping charges for returned products?

Unlike other brands, we don’t ask our customers to pay the shipping charge. For customers residing in India, our team will arrange for the return shipment.


Products purchased in sale are exchangeable only following the normal 120 hours exchange policy. Products purchased in sale are eligible for refund or return only if in poor quality or damage piece.


A canceled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for a future purchase or a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.

Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.

At no point in time, will GORI issue refunds more than the value of the product.


Products ordered on Facetime or Skype calls cannot be canceled once an order is placed.

There will be no discounts available on any product purchased on Facetime or Skype calls.

Products purchased on Facetime or Skype calls will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects with the same. Accessories are not returnable.

How much time does it take to get my refund?

Once the returned product is received by us, our team will perform a quality check of the product. The refund is initiated in 48 hours after the approval of the return.

The refund takes between 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.

Our payment gateways like Razorpay, Cashfree are responsible for all payment processing, so if delay in that happens you can also contact them for the support.
